What to Expect After an Appointment
Continued and close surveillance is part of the Muzzi Mirza Pancreatic Cancer Prevention & Genetics Program. At your initial appointment, you and The Program team will develop an action plan for your care. This may include imaging tests, genetic testing, and/or a consult with another Pancreas Center physician. When the results of your imaging series, test or consult are available, you will be asked to come to see The Program team for a follow up consultation to discuss your results. Based on the outcome of your work up, The Program Team will refine your action plan.
This initial follow up appointment and any subsequent appointments will last approximately 20 minutes.
While you will have regular scheduled follow up appointments with the Muzzi Mirza Pancreatic Cancer Prevention & Genetics Program team, you should feel free to call the office whenever questions arise.
